In the year 2024, we will develop a flexible and unlimited sense of inspiration on the inside, and on the outside, we will show a peaceful heart, always keep a happy and positive mood to face challenges, and accept the twists and turns brought about by failures.
Going straight and turning, going down the road and taking a detour, seeing through and getting lost, all of these will write new and beautiful stories in 2024, may we have a wide heart to appreciate these experiences,
which is what life is all about. Happy New Year 2024!
CONCEPT
On December 30, 2023, while waiting at a stoplight on my way to work, I had the idea of designing an iconic 2024 greeting card.
At first, I vaguely thought of the "infinite shuttle" concept, which reminded me of the gopher toy I played with as a child. Since 2024 is the Year of the Dragon in China, I came up with the image of a "dragon traveling infinitely", an image that can also be abstractly compared to infinite creativity.
In the second step, I used the "Mr. Cloud G" series to design the overall image. I wanted the image to maintain a lighthearted feel while conveying the conceptual ideas I had in mind!
In the third step, I asked my partner if he would like to work together on a fast-paced creation, and my partner immediately agreed, and so this piece was born, dedicated to everyone who is willing to practice what they do with love.
